The key to quality maintenance is having a plan. Here are some main points for how to maintain your compact radius wheeled excavator.

KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR FLUIDS & FILTERS [00:23]

Fluids keep your M315/M319 wheeled excavator running optimally. If levels are low, you’ll eventually notice. Machine efficiency will go down — and if you keep operating, components can get damaged. Make sure you:

• Check levels regularly.

• Replace all fluids at recommended intervals, as found in your Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM).

• Take samples of fluids from analysis ports to determine when your excavator fluids need to be changed.

Grease helps parts on your M315/M319 wheeled excavator move smoothly, which prevents premature wear. Keep fittings properly lubricated to help prevent costly downtime.
