USE CAT^® DATA SHEETS FOR WORKSITE SAFETY

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are a necessary resource to keep your worksite compliant under federal regulations. According to requirements from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), employers must make sure that SDS are readily accessible to employees for all hazardous fluids in their workplace — either online, or printed and contained in a binder for reference if an internet connection is not available or in case of a power outage or emergency. The SDS for each fluid shows up-to-date information such as the properties; the physical health and environmental health hazards; protective measures; and safety precautions for handling, storing and transporting.
