Payload Measurement
The Truck Payload Measurement System automatically records load cycle information when the load is dumped. It gives operators real-time loading information and can transmit and store data through Product Link™ Elite for retrieval.
Data is also stored in the system's memory and can be downloaded directly through a service port. It also includes two payload score card displays so loader operators can easily track truck payloads during loading.
A remote LCD display unit can be placed in the cab, office or any other area. This unit displays live updates on the weight in the truck. Trucks fitted with a remote transmitter can have their payload information recorded remotely whenever they are within range.
Display units positioned in areas like load stations or stockpiles will hold a grand total for the area with no need to correlate figures between different loaders.
OPERATOR PRESENT SYSTEM
The Operator Present System helps protect the machine and operator from uncontrolled movements. The system automatically engages the parking brake, neutralizes the steering implement and transmission control and shuts down the engine if the operator fails to apply the park brake before exiting the cab. The engine shutdown configuration can be changed by your Cat dealer using Cat Electronic Technician.
PRODUCT LINK™ ELITE — MACHINE HEALTH INFORMATION
Product Link™ Elite boosts connectivity and increases the availability of data provided by the machine. The onboard hardware collects and transmits data to local or cloud-hosted applications like MineStar™ Health Office, Health Equipment Insights, Equipment Care Advisor or Vision Link.
This system opens the door for industry-leading equipment health and condition monitoring services from Caterpillar and your Cat dealer.
