Your Cat Card account may be used at any participating Cat dealer or The Cat Rental Store location in the country in which the account is issued, either in the U.S. or Canada. You can also use it to shop with approved online Cat retailers.

You need not have your card with you to use it. Your Cat dealer can look up your card number using your government-issued photo identification at the time of purchase.

Yes. Each authorized user from your company will receive a Cat Card with your company account number. Call our Cat Financial Cat Card customer support team at the number on the back of your card (1-877-373-9510) to learn more about flexible control opportunities or to set up and make changes to controls on your new account.

Yes, U.S. and Canada customers will be able to make purchases online with approved online Cat retailers, either Parts.Cat.Com or Cat Central where available.

With Cat Vantage Rewards, you can earn reward points on qualifying Cat Card purchases* and additional points when shopping with approved online Cat retailers. These points can be viewed on MyCatFinancial.com and are redeemable for Cat Credits.
