DO I NEED TO USE A FUEL STABILIZER IN MY GENERATOR?
Fuel stabilizer is recommended to extend the life of your fuel, especially if your unit may sit for long periods of time between uses. Please note that gasoline will break down, even with the use of fuel stabilizer, if left unused for long periods. Caterpillar does not recommend any specific brand of fuel stabilizer - please consult with your local Authorized Sales & Service Center or other small engine expert for recomendations.
