Before starting your generator, you should use the online sizing tool to determine how many tools, devices and appliances you can power with your specific model. Your generator has a circuit breaker that will trip (shut off power) if your unit is overloaded.  However, if you notice problems with your generator power (dim lights) or engine problems (smoke or fire), you should shut off you generator immediately, as continued operation may damage the engine and / or your attached appliances.

There is an Overload LED light to alert the user to an overload condition on the INV2000.
