MY HOUR METER DISPLAY IS NOT WORKING; WHAT DO I DO?
Hour meters will only display when your generator is running. If the hour meter does not display while the generator is running, we recommend you take the unit to your nearest Cat Home & Outdoor Power Authorized Sales & Service Center for repair. If they generator is providing unusual power and the display is showing 8888 this might be a bad voltage regulator. The customer can fix it with the part or they can take it to an ASSC.
