WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY?
Bring your portable generator to an Authorized Sales & Service Center (ASSC). If your proof of purchase is not included in your online registration, you will need to bring a copy to the ASSC.
Your Cat portable generator must be registered to submit a warranty claim to Caterpillar. We recommend you do this within 30 days of purchase so you can take advantage of the extended warranty period (for a total of three years) and to ensure you receive information about product updates, recalls and other news.
