With Cat® Concierge Service, Cat powered yacht customers get direct, one-call access to a team of Cat marine power experts. We work directly with builders to help new and existing customers take advantage of the wealth of technical skill, knowledge and understanding shared by our experts and the Cat dealer network—no matter where or when they might encounter trouble. This means prompt scheduling, quick answers and a direct factory line for any customer inquiries.

The Cat Concierge Service program was developed using real customer expectations, and we pride ourselves on providing everything our customers need to have the best yachting experience possible.

  • 24/7 coverage by Cat marine engine professionals 
  • First owners receive a free 2.5-hour per engine first owner sea trial and orientation
  • Prompt scheduling and service from Caterpillar trained technicians
