CAT® CERTIFIED
MAINTAINED PROGRAM

MAXIMIZE YOUR MACHINE'S PERFORMANCE, LIFESPAN AND RESALE VALUE

The Cat® Certified Maintained (CCM) program ensures that your machine is expertly maintained by Cat Dealer Techs at each planned maintenance interval. Receive on-time, expert service using only Genuine Cat Parts and Fluids from the start of your machine’s lifecycle.

With ongoing dealer-performed maintenance, you’ll be confident you’re meeting maintenance guidelines and avoiding costly downtime. If you eventually sell or trade in your machine, its CCM designation will help it stand out as ready to perform, ready to last.

Cat Certified Maintained

Are you already qualified for CCM?

If you have a Cat Customer Value Agreement (CVA), your machine is automatically on track toward Cat Certified Maintained status.  If you don’t have a CVA, it’s not too late to get one if your machine hasn’t hit its first maintenance interval yet.

Having a CVA makes it as simple as possible to be a part of our CCM program because you’re already getting dealer service meeting OMM requirements as part of the CVA*

HERE'S HOW THE CCM PROGRAM WORKS

The following steps can be taken to achieve CCM status for your machine:

STEP ONE

At the time of purchase, harness the convenience of a Cat CVA that includes dealer maintenance for your machine. To help make everything hassle-free, a Cat CVA can be financed with your machine and rolled into its monthly payment.

STEP TWO

Work with your dealer’s CVA advisor to make sure a dealer technician performs planned maintenance on your machine within the windows of time required.*

For example, most Cat machines require an oil and filter change every 500 hours. Maintenance events like this have to be done by the dealer technician to qualify your machine for CCM.

*+/- 50 hours from maintenance interval

STEP THREE

Request your CCM certificate and decal—to proudly display your machine’s status—after you’ve hit the minimum required hours on your machine. Your dealer can let you know the hours needed for your specific type of machine.

STEP FOUR

Keep your CVA agreement in place for as long as you wish your machine to be certified. Contact your dealer about renewing your agreement on time.
