Focus on the Work is Rewarded

“When I was a second year apprentice, I was doing rebuilds on engines, transmissions, and certified rebuilds on machines. Being a second year apprentice, I was in charge of journeymen on the job. So that was pretty good.”

Technicians Protect Customers’ Business

“We have customers that buy half a million dollar engines or a piece of equipment. They're not going to let just anybody work on those. You have to come in with the right equipment, the right knowledge, the right experience, in order to take care of that customer.”
- Chris, Dealer Technician, Nebraska

Technician Work Is High Tech

“We’ve got laptops for diagnostics and parts identification. You’ve got three or four phones in your truck and you're just a call or text away from help. Phone back to the shop, you connect to some experienced guys."
- Brent, Dealer Technician, Canada

Ongoing Skills Training is Part of the Job

“Here, you go to school twice a year, and you go to school a couple of times here at the facility itself, we put on our own training classes. So, you're really only holding yourself back if you don’t do those things."
- Chris, Dealer Technician, Nebraska
