Where can I log in to manage my Rewards?
You can visit cat.com/getrewarded for more information and to log in or log in directly through the Cat Vantage Rewards portal at MyCatFinancial.com

How do I check my points balance?
Cat Vantage members can view their reward points balances or redeem reward points by visiting cat.com/GetRewarded and follow the prompts to manage their Cat Vantage Rewards portal. Members can also navigate to their Cat Vantage Rewards portal via MyCatFinancial.com. In the event the view is unavailable, or a Cat Vantage Member so elects, they can call 1-877-373-9567 or email rewards.catcredits@cat.com to obtain balances or to redeem Points.  

Is Cat Vantage a global program or North America only?
At this time Cat Vantage Rewards will only be available to customers residing in the United States and Canada*. Please stay tuned for future updates to the program.

The following exclusions will apply:
-  Managed Account Customers
-  Cat dealers
-  U.S. Federal Government entities or federal public institutions
-  Participants using the Program to acquire goods for resale – wholesale purchases are not Qualifying Purchases.
-  Any person listed in any sanctions-related list of designated persons maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State, or by the United Nations Security Council, Canada, the European Union, or any EU member state (or any similar list maintained by any country or jurisdiction), or any person owned or controlled by any such person or persons in aggregate.
-  Any individual who has an individual home or office in Quebec, Canada who, while operating a commercial business, is protected as a consumer under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, including any individual farmer or a trucker who carries goods for others and only operates one truck.

Will the Cat^® Vantage Program have a card to show membership?
A physical card will not be issued nor required to receive Cat® Vantage Rewards benefits.

Is there an app?
Cat Vantage Rewards Members can view their reward points balances or redeem reward points for Cat Credits by visiting cat.com/GetRewarded and follow the prompts to manage their Cat Vantage Rewards portal. Members can also navigate to their Cat Vantage Rewards portal via MyCatFinancial.com.

Is MyCatFinancial available via a mobile app?
MyCatFinancial has a mobile application that can be downloaded to a user's phone.

What happened to my former Cat Rewards Account?
Legacy Cat Rewards members had until February 24, 2023 to redeem their reward points through the redemption options provided under the Cat Rewards program. Members with unredeemed reward points after February 24, 2023, will receive the value of their reward points in the form of a Cat Credit sent to their email address on file.

Will my information automatically transfer?
The information you provided to Caterpillar under the former Cat Rewards programthat concluded on January 31, 2023 or the Cat Card program may be linked to a Cat Vantage Rewards profile. Additional information may also be requested to complete your enrollment. Please visit cat.com/getrewarded to view enrollment information and subscribe to program updates.

I am a legacy Cat Rewards member. If I don’t want a Cat Card and didn't use my reward points before February 24th, did I lose them?
Legacy Cat Rewards members had until February 24, 2023 to redeem their reward points through the redemption options provided under the Cat Rewards program. Members with unredeemed reward points after February 24, 2023, will receive the value of their reward points in the form of a Cat Credit sent to their email address on file.

I am a legacy Cat Rewards member. Was I earning reward points during the transition to Cat Vantage Rewards program?
We appreciate your loyalty to Caterpillar unfortunately, reward points accumulation under the legacy Cat Rewards program concluded on January 31, 2023. You will not be able to earn reward points under the Cat Vantage Rewards program until the changes take affect on June 8, 2023. If your reward points under the Cat Rewards program have not accumulated prior to the program conclusion on January 31, 2023, please contact Cat Vantage Rewards Customer Service for further assistance at Rewards.CatCredits@cat.com or toll free at 1-877-373-9567.

Will this take the place of the Cat Cards being provided by Cat Financial?
Cat Vantage Rewards will not take the place of your Cat Card through Cat Financial. You will, however, also be able to enroll in Cat Vantage Rewards which will be managed through your dashboard on MyCatFinancial.com. 

Can Cat Credits earned through Cat Vantage Rewards be redeemed/applied as a statement credit towards Cat Card open balances?
Cat Credits, whether earned from Cat Vantage Rewards or granted through another customer incentive, may not be used towards satisfying balances on any indebtedness held by Caterpillar Financial, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries including CFCAC. Special Service Recipients who are able to earn Cat Card Rewards points can redeem points toward a statement credit and only in accordance with the rules for Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards.

If I am a member of the Cat Vantage Rewards program and I also have a Cat Card, what does that mean for me? Do I get double points?
Make sure you are registered on Parts.cat.com to start earning! With Cat Vantage Rewards you can earn 3% reward points on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central purchases on your first $5K of spend per calendar year. If you are a Cat Card holder you can also earn an additional 1% reward points on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central purchases by using your Cat Card and/or 1% reward points on all qualifying Cat dealer store purchases. Is a credit check required for a Cat Card application?
During the credit application process, Cat Financial reserves the right to assess an applicant's creditworthiness which may include personal bureaus being reviewed.

Can Cat Vantage Members with a Cat Card earn reward points at The Cat Rental Store online? (1%?)  
Yes, Cat Card accountholders who are eligible for Cat Vantage Rewards can earn reward points any time they use their Cat Card.

How do I sign up for the new program?
As a legacy Cat Rewards member or a Cat Card holder you should have received information on or about June 8, 2023 with instructions for how to access the new Cat Vantage Rewards. Please contact Cat Vantage Rewards Customer Service at toll free at 1-877-373-9567 or email at Rewards.CatCredits@cat.com if you did not receive an email. 

Can I opt out of the new program?
You can opt-out of Cat Vantage Rewards by contacting Cat Vantage Rewards Customer Service at toll free at 1-877-373-9567 or email at Rewards.CatCredits@cat.com.

How do I know when I am fully onboarded and eligible to earn reward points?
Cat Vantage members are eligible to earn earn 3% reward points on Parts.cat.com and Cat® Central purchases(1) on the first $5K(2) of spend per calendar year(3) after they have registered on Parts.cat.com and been validated by their dealer. Please visit www.cat.com/getrewarded for more information. 

If you are a Cat Vantage member with a Cat Card you are already eligible to earn 1% reward points on your Parts.cat.com and Cat Central purchases, as well as, 1% reward points at the dealer. 

I no longer work at the company and I don’t know who I should contact for this update?
We will remove your information from the Cat Vantage Rewards account associated with your former company. Please let us know if there is another contact at the company that should be listed as the account owner by contacting Cat Vantage Rewards Customer Service at Rewards.CatCredits@cat.com or toll free at 1-877-373-9567.

How can I earn reward points?
With Cat Vantage Rewards you can earn 3% reward points on Parts.cat.com and Cat® Central purchases¹ on the first $5K² of spend per calendar year³. If you are a Cat Card account holder you can earn 1% reward points on qualifying Cat® Card purchases⁴ at participating Cat dealers, The Cat Rental Store⁵ or on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central .

How many dollars do I have to spend to earn reward points?
Cat Vantage members that are eligble, can earn earn 3% reward points on Parts.cat.com and Cat® Central purchases¹ on the first $5K² of spend per calendar year.³ If you are a Cat Vantage member with a Cat Card you are already eligible to earn 1% reward points on your Parts.cat.com and Cat Central purchases, as well as, 1% reward points at the dealer.

Reward points earned under Cat Vantage Rewards will accrue to a redemption threshold of 25 reward points. Once you reach the redemption threshold you may redeem the reward points for an electronically issued Cat Credit certificate in the dollar amount of the reward points redeemed. Who earns the reward points for the company?
Cat Vantage Points are earned on behalf of the company. All enrolled Cat Vantage members will have the ability to earn via qualifying purchase and view reward points accumulated.
 
How long does it take for reward points to post?
Generally, reward points earned under Cat Vantage Rewards will accrue on purchases after the invoice has matured, typically around thirty (30) days, but no more than forty-five (45) days.  Reward points earned from use of Cat Card usually show up in your Account within a day or two.

What happens if I submitted a purchase for the new program during this transition and I don’t see it on my account?
Points accumulation under the legacy Cat Rewards program concluded on January 31, 2023.

Can I provide an invoice to accumulate the points earned before the Cat Vantage Rewards program launch?
Reward points accumulation under the former Cat Rewards program concluded on January 31, 2023, Members will not be able to earn reward points under the Cat Vantage Rewards program until they are eligible to earn, as early as May 12, 2023. Please visit www.cat.com/getrewarded for more information.

If you are a Cat Vantage member with a Cat Card you are already eligible to earn 1% reward points on your Parts.cat.com and Cat Central purchases, as well as, 1% reward points at the dealer.

Can I earn points with purchases at the dealer?
Eligible Cat Vantage members with a Cat Card can earn 1% reward points on qualifying purchases made with their Cat Card at participating Cat dealers in the U.S. or Canada.

Can the Cat Vantage Rewards Support Team redeem my points for me?
Cat Vantage members can view and/or redeem rewards by visiting the Cat Vantage Rewards portal via MyCatFinancial.com. Members can also navigate to cat.com/GetRewarded and follow the prompts to manage their account. In the event the view is unavailable, or a Cat Vantage Member so elects, they can call 1-877-373-9567 or email rewards.catcredits@cat.com to obtain balances or to redeem reward points.

Do my reward points expire?
Reward points you earn through Cat Vantage Rewards will either auto-redeem at the end of the Calendar year (if reward points balance is greater than (25) or expire three (3) years from the date the reward point(s) accrued, unless generated from Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards. Rules for Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards can be found at cat.com/catcardrewards.

How many reward points do I need in order to redeem for a Cat Credit?
Cat Vantage Rewards Members must accrue at least twenty-five (25) reward points to redeem for a Cat Credit. Members accrue reward points over the course of a year with a Points Measurement Date of the Points Balance posted in January each year.  Members are free to redeem reward points at any time during the rest of the year, once they have passed the twenty-five (25) Points threshold.

Members who have at least twenty-five (25) reward points on the Points Measurement Date, but have not yet redeemed such reward points, will be auto-redeemed subject to the limitations and exclusions for participation.

What redemption options will be available in the new program?
Cat Vantage Points can be redeemed for Cat Credits to be used for Qualifying Purchases in the future by logging in to the Cat Vantage Rewards portal at MyCatFinancial.com. You can redeem your reward points at any time during the year once you have passed the twenty-five (25) point threshold. What's the maximum Cat Credits value a customer can use in a single transaction on Parts.cat.com?
Cat Credits are eligible to be redeemed on Parts.cat.com.  Registered (or Customer Specific Pricing / CSP) Parts.cat.com customers who redeem their Cat Credit on Parts.cat.com can redeem up to $10,000 in a single instance. Guest (or Instant Access) Parts.cat.com customers who redeem their Cat Credit on Parts.cat.com can redeem up to $2,500 in a single instance.

Can customers still apply Cat Credits earned through Cat Vantage if their Cat dealer is currently unable to apply Cat Credits to purchases on Parts.cat.com?
Yes, customers can still purchase and earn under Cat Vantage, but when they apply a Cat Credit they will need to use it directly with their Cat dealer. 

Can Cat Credits be applied to a rental at a Cat Dealer?
Yes, Cat Credits can be applied on purchases of parts, services and/or on rentals at participating Cat dealers.
